Practical advice

Planning industrial cleaning: what to define.

A detailed request helps us plan work suited to the conditions at your facility.

Article updated on October 20, 2026.

1. Describe the surfaces and residues

Identify the machines, production lines and areas to be cleaned. Specify any oil, dust or other deposits, as well as restrictions related to the equipment.

2. Plan access and working conditions

Height, obstacles, traffic areas and site protocols are among the details to review. The resources required must be determined for each job.

3. Plan the schedule

Specify your preferred dates and production constraints. If you are considering cleaning lines on a rotating schedule, indicate the sequence and available time slots.

4. Distinguish one-time and recurring needs

Production-line cleaning and regular office cleaning can be organized under separate scopes of work. Tasks and frequencies are defined for each area.

An example of our experience

At an industrial facility, MC SAI degreases machinery and removes oil and dust residue. Each line is cleaned twice a year on a rotating schedule. This frequency is specific to that facility.
